    When there's a local copy of a !GNUsocial notice that redirects I can look in the database for the notice ID to find the conversation ID, then manually type in the conversation URL which *does* show the local notice. So part of the code to show local copies of notices already exists.

    Having a local !GNUsocial notice URL redirect to the origin site makes it impossible to reply to that notice locally. If there is a local copy of a notice that's the one that should display first, with a link to the origin site.

    I shut off CertPatrol because Yahoo, Google and Twitter were constantly changing CAs and cert sub-domains. Might have been load balancing, but why have different CAs on balancers?
