Twice now, we've had the tire specialty shop not torque the nuts enough after changing summer/winter tires. First time the wheel wobbled so much it cracked the lug; would have lost the wheel soon after. Now I get my regular mechanic to change summer/winter tires. Much better for my peace of mind.
