@mcscx The "/main/all" is a qvitter-inspired addition. Since I implemented that into core, "/main/public" (previously just "/") is always only the local notices. $config['site']['localonly'] now instead defines whether to allow access to /main/all for non-local users or not. -

@rozzin There should be events for the "startpage" action for something like a "SplashPlugin" to handle. Then sites can do their own arbitrary layout and filtering. -
