   I'm also #amazed at how many people basically say `the only #VC system I know is #git and can't learn any others enough to submit a patch, not even diff and patch!'. Like, really? Did these people only get exposed to software #dev < ~3 years ago?

      Reminds me of `tech professional' who was teaching my team about some groupware tool in ~2007: "Bugzilla? What's that? Some in-house tool?"

         I still use #RCS for some things.

         AFAIC, anyone saying "I only want to know 1 tool" or "I won't work with anyone using different tools" is really saying "never hire me".
