   Bank of America is one of the worst. They where incompetent every step of the way. But knowing I'd win if I was patient kept me going.

      I used to have BoA accounts. Always rectified mistakes when I called them on it, but keeping track of them was like an unpaid second job.

      Was really pissed when I quit BoA & they silently post-dated my cash-out cheque—no liquid assets for 3+ days! Wish I'd demanded actual cash.
