After Aereo argued to the US Supreme Court that it was not a cable broadcaster and so exempt from re-broadcasting !copyright issues, and losing that case, now Aereo says that since the Supreme Court ruled they were very similar to a cable broadcaster, Aereo should now be entitled to a compulsory cable re-broadcaster licence and be exempt from re-broadcasting copyrigh…
